rotating mode and service adapter

hi all
can any body tell me whether i have to define any service
adapter using smit hacmp or not?
If yes on which node..primary or secondary.
i know for this adapter i have to keep node name field
blank...
Also if i configure cascading i have to define two service
adapters...am i correct
Guide me if any corections

Absi,

You can add the sevice adapter defintion for the rotating config. on either node and sync. as you know you leave the node name blank and put both node names in the resource group node list.

For cascading it is the same except you add a node name to the adapter definition. You only need ONE service adapter definition for each resource group.
