Rotating Banner Ad Program

Can anyone recommend a good rotating banner exchange ad program? I would prefer something done using PHP or maybe ASP.

Have you checked out phpAdsNew? I just got finished setting it up for my IPB Forum so that I could rotate banners, and it works splendidly!

Keep in mind that I just set up this forum, so there's only 3 banners in the rotation at the moment. It's enough to give you an idea of how it works though.
