rotating a movie clip

To Helpers:

Hello, sorry this may be a very simple question.
i have drawn a cirle and converted it into a movie clip, how can i make it rotate using motion tween??

(i couldn't find this in my text..)

Please reply!

1. Create a new layer in the Timeline.
2. Place the Movie Clip on stage and make sure it occupies the layer created.
3. Decide which frame to start the rotation and which frame to end the rotation.
4. Create the start rotation key frame by selecting a frame and pressing F6 key.
5. Create the end rotation key frame as above.
6. Select the start key frame and go to Properties panel - make sure it says "Frame"
7. Choose "Motion" from the "Tween" menu
8. Choose the rotation direction from "Rotate" menu: e.g. "CW" for clockwise rotation.
9. Choose the number of rotation: e.g. 1 for the 360° rotation.
10. You're done.
