With the Form in design view, you select the text box in question and in the properties dialog box you set the VERTICAL property to YES ( This can also be done in VB code if you want to change it 'on the fly' ) 'ope-that-'elps. ( or somethink like that ) No problem is 'easy' when you are the one that is looking for the solution. It's only experience that makes this one an easy fix.
