Rotate Text 90 degrees in Repeater (Cognos 8 BI)

Does anyone know if there is a way to rotate text 90 degrees in Cognos? I need to create a merge to put names on the report but rotate the text 90 and 270 degrees. When you print the report and fold it they make name tents with the name showing on both sides.

The settings you need to change are in "Text Flow and Justification"

You'll need to alter the "writing mode" settings. This will solve the 90 degrees issue, but i dont know how to get 270 degrees....
