rotate a whole document

i have a template.
2 documents attachement:
- 1 pdf file (how it should be as result)
- 1 rotating problem. Which steps i have to do with Illustrator CS3 to it be the same result as the pdf file above?

...file > document setup to begin with and get the art board the correct width and height (11" x 8.5")...

..the template file is a complete mess, so you'll have to rebuild from scratch and go through each element via the layers palette...

...select > select all, black arrow tool and rotate the whole lot 90 degrees by dragging just outside a corner of the bounding area, then object > ungroup, to be able to get at the elements in the layers palette...

...a lot of work, as there are quite a few elements involved...

...you will need to rebuild it from scratch pretty much, so if you can't do it, your best hire someone who can...
