Rotate a clip in Premiere

I purchased a POV 1.5 point of view camera for mountain biking and road racing videos. I filmed vertical as opposed to horizontal. Whats the best way to rotate my clip in Premiere?

Use Motion to rotate and scale/move the cip to fit the frame when on the timeline.
