Root password issue on NBU Master Server

Hi All,

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO U ALL.

Has anyone come across this issue before? I have just changed the root password on my Master/media server running solaris 8 and when I try to log on to the NBU GUI using this new password it comes up with a password error.
The root password was changed fine cos I can log onto the server using this new password.
I only encounter this error when I try to log onto the GUI. Please note that when I changed the root password to the old password, I could log onto the GUI with no problems.

Can anyone point me to the right direction towards resolving this?

Just a thought, Have you stoped and started all the deamons?
