Root Element Missing in RAL terminal

Root Element Missing :

on the offending terminal, explore to the c\program files\aloha supportready\alohaadm\alhadmin.xml. delete alhadmin.xml and replace it with the same from another terminal. Restart terminal from Radiant auto loader or ibercfg.bat or reboot.
