Root & Admin Password not Working 1

Hello ..

I have IPOSE 11.1.3.1.0 build 34.
root password set working when I start the ignition process.
Administrator Password is working on Web and Manager

The Admin Password not working when try to login via Filezella
The Root Password not working when try to access Linux command

The schema of the password as follows:

 root
 Username: root
 Password: $@fw@@AvAyA24!
 Administrator:
 Username: Administrator
 Password: $@fw@.AvAyA24!

Iam Surprise also the web Managr 7070, when try to open it, shows that the web Manager is not available
I can access the 7071 and Manager via the same password.

There was an issue in earlier 11.1 releases where it didn't like the $ in the password.
It exhibited the same issues you are describing. Try it again without the $
