Back from the Death!.....
is it possible to delete root account from the scoadmin/account/ ? by accident?
I was deleting one of the user account before the system crashed. I 'm sure I selected the right account and when it ask me are you sure...I remember it was the user account that selected not the root account.

It's always nice to have a second "root" account just for such issues (or especially when root's password is accidentally changed and doesn't get noticed for weeks or months). Just create another user account, then change the UID to "0" in /etc/passwd and /tcb/files/auth/{a-z}/{newuser}.
In the case of a 'lost' password, you wouldn't be able to enter maintenance mode, so this provides yet another way to resolve such problems.
This idea is ONLY good if done beforehand, of course.
I've never tried (obviously) to accidentally remove the 'root' account. I'm kind of surprised the system would even boot in that case, but I'm glad PHV's suggestion got you going.

I had tested to removed the root account from the scoadmin/Account manager (not on the real live system) but It is not possible. So what I'm concern about now is not to deleted user account as it is might crashed the system again.

here is my note for the disaster:
my passwd and shadow file were zero out...no user account and passwd
available..the system let me have access to console. I restored the passwd and shadow file fixed the problem
#cp -p passwd /etc/
#cp -p shadow /etc/
that's allow me to reboot and login
I will need to have a good backup of passwd and shadow files going forward.
