Hi All!

I'm using Lotus Notes Release 5.08 and am trying to enter a reservation on a certain day. Problem is that the system is telling me there is a conflict with another reservation (there clearly is not anything booked for that whole day).

Any ideas?

Have seen this problem several times.(In fact, I just did this last week.) You need to stop the Sched and Calconn tasks (on the server where the reservations database exists) and delete busytime.nsf - next restart these two tasks and the database will be automatically rebuilt.

Thank you so much. That was a great help and the problem is now solved.

The only difference in my case was that I needed to delete the clubusy.nsf file (not the busytime.nsf file). This is because we are running a cluster.
