Room booking problem

Hello All

It appears we keep getting double bookings in our reservation database since we upgraded our domino box to version 6.

The server is ver 6 but the NAB is still 5.

we have deleted clubusy.nsf and it sorted the problem a few times
any ideas what else we can do? it keeps happening every now and then
