I REALLY need this little box to work, and it seems as if it will...but need some help w/ questions. I have a manual but it is NOT clear...I'm close, but just not there yet! Don't want to send it back for refund-but seller offered to do so..... a phone session would be most helpfull-have toll free number here. I am NOT "teckkie" but no "idiot" either but this damn thing is driving me NUTS! Anyone have any exp that can help me out???

Your posting does not detail any of the problems you are experiencing. Generally, the best approach to asking for help among peers is to explain what you have attempted, what has worked for you, and what has not.
For instance, has the unit responded in any way to being plugged in to AC power? Have you been able to attach one or more telephones and heard a dial tone through them? I could go on and on, but it would be far more effective if you provided a sense of where you are in the process of setting the VP206. As a result, you would be far more likely to have the person or people with the correct skills (and knowledge level of the product) devote some of their time to you.

Wholeflaffer...thanks for the suggestion, and i agree, So first- how do i change my "thread"? to read more specifically as you have recommended? do i delete this one and add a new one? if so where do i go in this site to do that. Its not fun being a non-teckkie in a tekie world!

Do it right where you are, just give us more info on what you are trying to do. don't just say I have a box now what do I do with it.
