Hi,

I really don´t no much about Notes. Yet I have to migrate some Notes mail servers.... As to start, can anyone explain me brevely whats the difference between nfs and nft files, please??

Further more..is there anything like a "Notes for Starters" Whitepaper outthere? I´ve seen a lot of documentation on the net.... but where to start??

Thanks for helping me out!

An NSF (Notes Storage Format) is a database used in production. An NTF (Notes Template Format) is only used to update the design of the NSF.
That said, an NTF db is technically the same thing as an NSF file - it is just used as design reference.

Notes for Starters ?
Start Here : NotesDesign for development, or here Lavatech and here DominoDude for just about everything.
Of course, IBM will also be a good source.

Pascal.
