How do you deactivate RONA? Is it a system wide ACD setting or can it be deactivated for a particular ACD agent and/or group?
The ACD agent and/or group assigned in G3 for IVR has RONA activated and I need to turn off this feature for agents associated with IVR.
Any assistance in accomplishing this task would be greatly appreciated.
