RON - check in check out problem, help needed

I just started to use designer and came across following problem. After I check in some object, for example function, and then later on I have to check out the same in order to delete it , delete option is disabled in both toolbar and edit. Once that object is checked in again delete option is enabled but then I get message telling me that function can not be deleted because it is checked in.

Can anybody tell me how to delete object from RON once I do check in.
