Roming profile issue when moving from one domain to another

I am having a roaming profile issue when I move a Vista workstation from one domain to another. I have checked the permissions and security setings to make sure they are correct. When I login to the new domain it gives me a temp profile. Has anybody else encounted this issue? Is there a way to fix it?
