ROLM Phonemail remote admin 1

I normally administer a ROLM Phonemail remotely using Procom Plus. Today, the phonemail is answering but not giving a login prompt, just a blank screen. The Phonemail system is physically located some distance away. Is there some command that will get Phonemail's attention and show the login prompt without having to go on site? Can Phonemail boxes be administered using a telephone thru an administrator's mailbox?
