Rollovers, transparent backgrounds & importing to Frontpage

Hi everybody. I'm trying to create a rollover button with images that I have created in Adobe Photoshop 7. I can create the rollover button, but I guess my true question is, how do I make the background transparent because i'm using a gradient background that i've created as my main background in Frontpage.

Also, once I have the button created and looks good and all, which file do I import into Frontpage? The .swf?

One of 2 things - either save your button images as transparent gifs and import them into your movie or save your movie as transparent windowless. (PUBLISH SETTINGS->HTML->WINDOW MODE transparent windowless)

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!
