When mouseOver a button, the "drop down menu" appears with more sublinks...How do I do that in director 8.5 should I write the LINGO??

on mouseEnter
.....

something like that...pls help

I’ve never used it but there’s a library item “Dropdown list” in Director 8.5, which may be of your use.
