Rollover line making it ring once then be silent?

Is it possible to have a 2nd rollover line ring just once then be silent while your on the phone? I just want my second line to ring and flash then just flash then go right to voicemail. When I am on the phone just to let me know someone else is calling with on ring then be silent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
