Hey all,

We have IP Office 406 3.2 here at my workplace.
Been given the task of creating 3 rollovers.

I have been able to get the rollover to work with 2 groups.
I have created another rollover which does not work.

The phones ring (at the main/switchboard) and if not answered go to a rollover. It is supposed to goto another rollover group after that (which I created) and does not. The system acts as though the rollover does not even exist. I am hoping that I am simply missing something.

Q: Is there something you have to do to a rollover to activate it ?

If you do an overflow, you need to put overflow group y and overflow group z in the overflow destination of the first group, not have x overflow to y and y overflow to z

Is there a way to control the order in which extensions ?
I have it set for linear but I want them to ring in a specific order...

Figured you have to delete then add them in the order in which you want them to ring.

drag and drop the extensions in the list...

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
