While working on changing extension names and ringer on/off, I inadvertently changed the rollover calls and I don't know how to fix it. When line 1 is busy calls are suppose to rollover and ring line 2 (this worked until yesterday). Now however, when line 1 is busy I just hear a short ring and then the call is forwarded to an extension voicemail (not even the main voicemail). Any thoughts as to how to return the incoming calls to rollover?

Go to Voicemail AA/lines and make sure that line is not told to answer.

Go to that sets programming and make sure lines are not told to ring.
If it must ring then make sure it is not in DND mode and that Call Forward Busy is set to none.

Thanks- turning the ringer back off was the solution.
