Hey All - just a high-level question. I'm a contractor at an organization that has 7 Avaya CMs/VMs and quite a few IPOs that serve the US. Recently they started implementing Jabber as a replacement to the Avaya products. Assuming network hardware and software is kept current what are you finding are the common issues with the supporting/troubleshooting Jabber.
