I searched for a answer before posting I'm sure this has been asked. When I create rolling credits in Prem6.0 and export to tape the credits aren't crisp. The credits seem to twinkle/pixelated while rolling. I use a black background with white letters and I check "show safe titles" and NTSC-safe colors under Title Options. Font=Arial,bold Style=bold Size=24 Shadow=solid.
