Rolling Calls Setup?

Greetings.

Wondering about a rolling call assistant setup I'm trying to do.

Basically we want an assistant phone to be able to see boss's two lines have two lines of her own while monitoring overall lines for this sub-group of the company.

Does this require a T24 KLM CAP for everyone needing to see who's on the phone or will the T7316e be able to show that type of situation?

As long as it's 3.6 or higher, all the buttons will work as BLFs. So, if that's enough buttons, you don't need a M7324 with a KLM.

The T7316e will do that. Any indicator key can be assigned to a physical line, Target Line or Answer DN.

If you are wanting to answer the boss's "Intercom" buttons, you will need to assign an Answer DN to the assistant's phone.
