Roller Lines printing on HP8550?

Looks like I have lines going from west to east on the pages I print in full color. The lines are faint but seem to look like roller lines and print in Black. I can not get a clear printed flyer. What do I do?
What do I look for?

Post in the HP forum!
This is from a bad Developer if it had a line at the edge, and another about 6 inches after. If lots of lines close together, then it will be the toners.
