Roll-over lines call center agents

Currently out agetns have the following lines

1 ACD line
2 SCR, 1 main ext, and 1 roll-over

We are considering removing the roll-over

Any thoughts?

Any "Gotcha's" That I should look for
 
Can't see any problem with this. In fact it sounds like a good idea, there seems rather a lot of lines for a call centre agent to have in the first place.
 
We still give ours a rollover, but its a 5 digit number so there are no downfalls to it.(ie not taking any DID's)

Whats the reasoning to remove the lines? Alot of work to reprogram a whole call center of phones.

Ok, I am still learning OTM, so bare with me. I know that there is a global update that can be done to phone sets for features.

Does anyone know if this can be done to change functions on keys of phones?
