It depends if it's the Telco doing the redirect or the switch using IDC.
I alway have the telco do it, but others here use the IDC tables in LD 49

The Toll-free goes to 8000?
Is 8000 a DID number in your DID range? A toll-free is coming in 1 of 2 ways. Either you have dedicated LD service and can pass out a non-did dnis OR you are giving out DID as your dnis. That's the only way it is getting in.

First thing to do if you want help here is PRT a DNB of 8000 and check 5702 and post those here.
If one of them is an actual phoneset then print that TNB.
It does sound like an IDC table redirect if what you are saying here is correct.
Prt the IDC in 49.

Dogs "roll over". Nortel phones Hunt, Call Forward or Forward No Answer.
I you want to change the roll-over, you'll need to train and then reward it when it does it right.

Go to LD 80 and make a call to 877-240-5702 and when it answers do a
TRAC 8000 DEV
And Post the results here.
877-240-5702 is currently rolling over to extension 8000. Need to change to extension 8001.
