Roll-out of CMS Client using MS SMS

Hi all,
we're trying to roll-out the CMS Centervue using Microsoft SMS.
Facts:
CMS Centervue V11 FM
Win2k , Local users are locked down no admin rights

Constraints :Users cannot be local admin !!Security & IT Requirement!!

My question is there anyone out there with this experience ? if so please give me some guidance

We 'package' the Avaya products and push them to the desktop. The end-users do not have admin rights on their PC.

I create "auto-install" packages with Ghost Corparate edition and roll out CMS that way. It's very easy, takes about 10 minutes to create the package then about 1 minute to roll out to machines.
