Role's table privileges in a procedure? 1

I found the following quote from

"Object privileges granted through roles do not work within procedures, functions, and packages."

I apologize for asking such a basic question, but I'd appreciate it if anyone can confirm that this is indeed true.

Ir is true, you need to grant table privileges directly to the procedure/function/package owner.
