thread798-1071992
The above thread was valuable on finding an RPL issue with Desktop Messaging. We had recently put 9 (our access for external calls) in the CP to make sure that a hacker could not use our system to make bogus calls. However, this precludes us from sending a local fax using the desktop messenger. We have confirmed the RPL will restrict the outgioing fax, but also the calls redirected.
Is there a setting that we could use to allow a call from internal to fax out, but preclude a call being redirected from a CP mailbox restricted? We added 0,1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9 in the RPL as the 3 is an internal number for our extensions.
Thanks for any informations.
