Rogue System Detection- not including DNS information, computer name

Good afternoon!

has anyone had any issue with RDS not including the computer name when it detects a machine which fails the policy? Everything has been working thus farm but lately, the computer name, domain name, DNS info are missing. All i've been getting is the MAC and the IP address. I have checked under Rogue System Detection 2.0.0 > General > <my organization> Rogue System Detection and "Use NetBios calls on all networks to determine detailed device information" is checked. Also under rogue system matching, FQDNS is checked for both detected and managed systems. Following is an example of the email that is set to us with the info missing:
