Rogue Link

I have a rogue link on a spreadsheet which I can't find anywhere!!!

I have checked the links button in the edit menu and I can see what the link is, but I cannot find it - I have deleted all data in the cells, all conditional formatting, all embedded objects, all coding, reset the spreadsheets back to standard - but still their there.

The only way I can get rid of the links is to delete the spreadsheets this infuriates me further as this proves they are within the spreadsheets. (AAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHH)

Can anyone save me and offer any advise on how to clear all external worksheet links. I am getting application error after application error with this one - and I haven't a scooby.

Got any named ranges in there that refer to external links? Delete 'em.
