Rockwell USB Modem

I have a Rockwell USB Modem. I have had to format the hard drive and reinstall Windows 98. I am now having problems with my modem. Windows it not picking it up as a Plug n Play device and when I go to use the disk which I think the drivers for the modem are on it does not see any. I managed to connect it as a standard modem but kept getting error message 630. I have a 56k V90 model. Any suggestions appreciated.

Who made it?
Look on the disk for any install manuals.
Is win98 working with full USB support?
Check in device manager for any "Other devices" or yellow ! marks, and delete them, then restart.
