Rockwell Rip tide combo modem and soun driver compatibility with win 2

I just upgarded my hp pavilion 6470z from 98 to 2000 pro... and I can not make my sound system work which is in subject in win 2000. Hence, Does anybody has any suggestion? Also, my comp. do not see cd and D drive? plesae someone out there help ?

You need to install all the proprietary HP drivers for your hardware. Good luck.
It would be easier to go back to Win98, and use the restore disks. Cheers,
