My fax modem worked well until I installed a DSL modem. Now it dials up and connects to machines but fails in the training process. Any suggestions to deal with this problem?
Having a static IP and a dial-up dynaic IP on the same computer is a headache.
You need two instances of TCP/IP, and bind one to your DSL only, the second to your dial-up only.
The dial-up is trying to access the high speed DSL protocalls/DNS server/etc.
If this is all greek, it's time to dig up some references on the web, or see a tech. Cheers,
Jim
