I have a Rockwell ITU v.90 modem and I don't know where to get the driver for it. Can someone help me??

I have Rockwell internal 33600 hardware modem and I have a question for all HOW can I make my modem work with my headphones and microphone in phone dialer of win 98?
Or How can use my headset in telephony?

P.S. Anyone have a driver for my modem???
