Rockwell 336 PNP (ISA)

When I try to install it finds an Acer R336 PNP and a Rockwell 336 PNP but the modem can not be found when I try to "info" the modem. Start>Control Panel>System shows modem being installed OK. This is a 486DX PC with Windows 95.
