rocketport modem pool

Anybody using a rocket port. I have a 10 port Rockport modem pool with 10 Courier V.everything X2 modems. When my users attach they can only get a 28.8 connection. I am not usually in the ISP field however have found that adding dial up to my users is a very handy tool for them. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using mgetty/vgetty to provide the login services? If so, I think there is a note somewhere in the documentation for this package that says that the maximum connection speed offered by these programs is 28.8K. This is probably going to limit the connection speed of the modems.
