We use a Spectra Logic library with built-in Sony SDX900V tape drive but either the library or tape drive keeps on going offline in BE.I have just re-installed Windows 2003 and BE 9.1 with SP4 but still it goes offline. Stop & start of services dont help. Library was also tested by technical experts - no problem. When it does come online it only stays online for few minutes.
