The robotic arm on our library is malfunctioning. I need to do a restore of a file as soon as possible.

I was planning on manually inserting the needed tape for the restore into the drive itself. However, what's the command to let the drive know and the software know that the drive is loaded with TapeX?

It's important to note that nsrmm doesn't alter any of the details in your autochanger device, so once you get your robot working again, you will likely have to do a lot of manual editing and resetting. (Physical clear of all drives, logically clear all drives in the "Volumes" tab of the autochanger device, and probably resync your inventory.)
