Robocopy Syncronization?

I used Robocopy to copy some data and I did not used the /log swicht. If the copy failed to copy some files, It is possible to instruct Robocopy to just copy the files from the source that do not exist on the target?

Yes, it certainly does. /XO should do more or less what you need
