Here is my dilemma, we have 3 Companies using our 3300 and our receptionist is not at her desk alot so she carries around a Spectralink Handset, my problem/question is how can i allow her to know what call is coming in for what company....?

Is it possible to show the Line number instead of the CLID, as this would solve the problem...any ideas?

Why don't you create NameTag hunt groups for each of the companies that the console keys answer on.
Then call reroute first alternative these keys to the NameTag hunt groups and put the Spectralink handset as a member of each of the groups.
That way when the console is Opertor Present the call will answer on the keys and if Operator Absent it will route to the NameTag hunt groups and the Spectralink should display the Name of the hunt group.

One thing i forgot to mention Supernova is that i don't have a console we are using a 5340 as a console....not sure how that affects thing.... i will give what you suggested a try....

You could make the 5340 a hotdesk user and log out when leaving the desk so the calls reroute to the NameTag hunt groups

ring groups work pretty well in this instance give them a name in tel dir and then that name is displayed when the group is called once answered it reverts to CLI i beleive.
