Roaming profiles

I've set-up a DC with AD and its work ok.

I'm trying to setup a system where all users have the same profile (ie desktop and start menu) and have their own user area mapped to a drive automatically.

When ever a user logs on it creates them a local folder called username.domain which is getting annoying.

Any ideas how to set-up this.

That folder will be created whether the profiles are roaming or not. If they are Roaming, they will download the profile info from the server into that directory....
