Roaming Profiles - W2K Prof. in NT Domain

Hello,

We are thinking of adding W2K professional workstations to an existing NT4 Domain. Clients use multiple machines during their work, from W2K to NT4 workstations. My question is whether we should have two seperate logon IDs when they logon to a NT4 or W2K machine?
I have read a few articles stating that the profiles can get corrupted and other articles which state no problems arise.

Can someone help?
