Roaming Profiles W2003 Terminal Services

Having issues with Roaming Profiles on a W2003 Terminal Service system. Have applied all relevant novell patches to system. Have heard that there is a microsoft hotfix.

Problem is that it won't create a profile on the NetWare volume that is specified. The event log on W2003 indicates that it thinks there is a permissions error.

Any thoughts from anyone that has seen this is appreciated.
