Roaming profiles using Samba.

My windows 2000 pro clients can't have access to net logon scripts on my samba server, this works fine for win98 clients. I also get a message that says i can't access my profile on the server. I've tried everything. Does anybody know the basic steps por setting up roaming profiles or why my scripts can't be executed? The truth is i can't find any decent documentation on the subject.
