I have a callcentre with a very high staff turnover.
Because of this, staff come and go or get moved around the callcentre on different machines.
I setup a roaming profile for the Callcentre users.
Client machines are Win XP pro
Servers are Windows 2000/Exchange 2000
The profile I setup works great but with one slight issue.
When they login, MS Outlook is the only thing that doesn't work in these profiles.
What I would like is that the user logs in, Outlook automatically picks up the username, does the required configuration automatically and when outlook is opened, the mailbox displayed is the one attached to that username.
I hope this makes sense?
I would be very grateful if someone could explain how to get round this problem.
